Our ethos is that ‘Companies don’t build solutions, people do’. We place great store in our staff being both having technical competence, and having business acumen. We are surprised, and always disappointed, when we see companies claim credit for projects and systems where the staff who delivered the work have left and no longer work for the company. A core value we strictly adhere to is to never claim experience on projects unless the core team that worked on it are still working for us.  With this in mind retaining staff and providing a stimulating and rewarding work environment is important to us.
