Fluent achieve Investors in People Bronze recognition
16 January 2012Fluent Technology recently achieved recognition as an Investor’s in People Bronze organisation. Investors in People offers a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations to develop performance through their people.
To achieve the award, employees and managers were surveyed about the company’s strategies for learning & development, continuous improvement as well as the overall strategy of the business. Following a robust review in December 2012 Fluent Technology were awarded bronze status.
To be recognised at Bronze level is a particularly notable achievament given that less than 3% of recognised organisations across the UK are successful at this stage.
Keith Turkington director at Fluent Technology stated:
“To be awarded as an Investor in People Bronze organisation is a fantastic achievement for us, I am delighted that our hard work and effort has been recognised. Investing in staff throughout the years has been paramount to our success and I always believe that we cannot build the best software solutions if we don’t invest in the people working on them. That is why the skills and talent of our staff is fundamental.
We have always been an Investor in People Company but this award recognises that we are one of few companies that goes that extra mile and truly invests in their staff, so that our customers are confident they are working with the best”
